2 DAYS after I launched the app for the first time in a year: "Pay by Phone has been using your location in the background. Do you want to continue this?"

And this is AFTER it told me it wasnt valid for the location despite signs. I didnt even USE it for its (purported) purpose and its STILL tracking me?

Only options in Settings are Always and Never.

Deleted immediately. Apple should not allow this AT ALL. All apps should be REQUIRED to have an Only When Im using option.
