It good. Does job. Yay.

The app would be 5 stars if it weren’t for the incessant SMS popup that happens at the very last step of paying for parking. The “not now” button does nothing and the only recourse is to force-close the app and start over. I will literally never want SMS reminders because it’s already an app on my phone? Please give us the option to permanently opt out.

I downloaded the app and was able to make the first with no problem but when I tried to pay more when I got time reminder, it wouldn’t let me. I had to have someone else download the app and pay for parking and then when they tried to add more time, they couldn’t so I had to pay. It was back and forth and it was annoying!

The location that I use on a regular basis always comes up with another location in another state that has the same four digit identification number. I always have to remember to select the correct one. Why can’t the app just cache the location that I use?

The UI is out of date leading to a clunky UX. Needs to support Live Activities & make extending parking duration more intuitive.

This app should be so much better than it is. Why does it want to send me SMS text messages instead of push notifications? When my parking was almost expired, it sent me the option to extend. I chose to extend for an hour, and it showed me the green confirmation screen. However, it didn’t charge my card and it didn’t extend my parking. I did this twice without success. Fortunately, I noticed that it had not succeeded. Otherwise, I might have gotten a ticket.

Will not allow additional time to be applied via the app

So stupid that I have to sign on like a new account every time I park. Takes too much time

Don’t download and don’t use. They don’t help you at all after their app fails and you get a ticket. They waste your time by chabot and automed email runaround.

Doesn’t give option for less than 1 hour. Too bad, better use ParkMobile

Sorry but it’s bad enough that I have to pay to park but pushing advertising is ridiculous. Stop being greedy !!

I was hoping this app can reveal parking prices for planning purposes, but no. I also had frequent login issues were I sign-in and and few seconds later an error message appears saying sorry. This app doesn't suit my needs.

Requires you to reset all the fields instead of the application being smart enough to handle the change on quote on its own without user having to either force exit or reset all fields to THE SAME INFORMATION 😡🤬

Doesn’t let me select my car or pay

The app is buggy and frequently fails which results in parking tickets :(. Fix the bugs!!

In Miami with low signal thanks to AT&T and this app tells me it’s going to take take 54 minutes to download… meanwhile I need to pay to park now so, I join a bars wifi to download the app and it still says 13 minutes on wifi… why so much megabytes for a parking app?!?

I keep getting a while pop up with change vehicle and an ok button. No text is displayed. After selecting vehicle it keeps presenting the same pop up.

You should have some coin or credit card meters for people who can't use smart phones. Elders. They pay taxes too.

Lose the offers that show up after I buy a parking space. It’s annoying to hit the decline button and they pop around like you are trying to trick me into going to a website. Are you a real company or some kind of forwarding from links to make money off of my time. STOP IT. It’s ridiculous!

The app keeps logging me out, requiring me to change my password and re-set up my account. Once in the app, the app kept crashing, and I felt lucky to get one hours worth of parking paid for.

Very intuitive, GPS identifies and verifies proper parking reporting

This app is very basic and could easily have more personalized features like being able to reorder vehicles added or having the last one used prefill. Also be good if you could choose days by date instead of only being able to choose consecutive days. Needs help!

3/16/2025 the app is broken yet again even after I reinstalled it entirely. It seems like something breaks on weekends and never gets fixed until weekdays. Please provide some method of submitting feedback. The AI assistant is useless. Unable to use the app at all anymore, shows a blank error dialog saying ‘choose a vehicle’ and no matter which vehicle I choose it still won’t let me proceed. Worked fine just days ago.

As the title said. I have to add my car, but the app keeps saying currently I cannot add any car.

Easy pay no coins needed and reminders when time is almost expired!

Very useful app. Yet be careful if you park with a different car: it’s impossible to change the license number if you make a mistake. As a result I had to pay parking twice. There is a way to get this reimbursed but too complicated. So, I gave up. We should be able to make corrections.

This was a great app. Charged a convenience fee which was fine now I have to wade through a sea of ads and still pay a “convenience” fee. Charge me or sell ads, not both

Permit more license plates to be added. Five is too restrictive. Why limited?

This system works well. Is fast and easy to use. Takes thirty seconds for me to pay.

Every time I try to pay for a designated space in PaybyPhone it prompts me to change vehicle. I click on the vehicle I want to pay for and it sends me back to the location and this continues in a loop. All the time! It doesn’t matter what parking space on campus either. I got ticketed because I couldn’t pay too! Worst app ever!

I've been using it a lot this semester, my problem comes in with the fact that I can only input times by the hour. A lot of times I will only need it for about two hours and 15 minutes because of how late my class runs. But because of the extra 15 minutes I have to pay for a full three hours. I wouldn't mind paying extra if it had even half hour options too. So I'd pay for 2.5 hours instead of 3. For a college student trying to save some money, having to pay for a full extra hour when I'm only using 15 extra minutes is quite annoying.

Tried to pay on app kept getting declined even after updating cc info. Wow.

Trying to park in Denver and app keeps going in circles from selecting location to selecting vehicle. Impossible to pay for time.

The app used to be great, but now it doesn’t work or let me select my parking location or vehicle. It’s prompting me to change the vehicle every time I try, but I only have one vehicle on my account and deselected the option to have it prompt that every time, so it shouldn’t do that. The troubleshooting steps on the website didn’t work either.

I can’t believe how convenient this app is! I can set reminders and pay from blocks away.

So frustrating that there is a 5 vehicle limit. For work I drive up to 10 vehicles, and having to delete and add is very inconvenient

The app keeps prompting me to change my vehicle. When I select my vehicle it doesn’t display correctly and keeps showing the “change vehicle” prompt over and over.

But whoops, you missed a step and now you have to pay a fine. Probably designed intentionally to catch people who think they are done with all the steps but get back to find a ticket on their car.

App says you can pay up to 4 hours for parking but is making me pay every 30 minutes, ugh
