Takes forever to actually pay, card scanner never works, and the surcharge is almost 10%

Please fix, app will not even open

This app works when it wants too. To expect it to work when you most need it is unbelievable, I cross my fingers when opening the app. It seems like the developers dont know how to test the versions before releasing it. Like this new update, you open it crashes.... past updates would open but when I selected pay for parking.....booommm... crashes. One thing, developers please test version before releasing it, dont use us as guinei pigs.

I almost got a ticket depending on this app to pay the meter. I used the app and it charged me for an hour but it didnt show up on the meter. If it wasnt for this nice old lady that put a quarter in for me and came into the restaurant to tell me I almost got a ticket, I wouldve gotten a parking ticket! I understand that hasty updates can mess with the app but this update has now just broke the app completely. In addition, it didnt open on my iPhone 5S at all. I had to delete it and re-download the app to get it to work. I would contact customer service to complain but I just dont care enough about the $1 I lost to waste time on that. Instead, I decided to review it to warn other users. It used to work great! Please fix it devs!

I took a picture of the meter for its location number when it was still showing green, went inside the barber shop and turned the app on, it never came up despite multiple tries and restarting the phone. Almost got a ticket. Please update the app to run on iOS 10.2

Not sure why this app takes 40mb storage space. Does not even include monthly passes.

Nice app, kept simple. Does what its supposed to do. Wish it would allow fractional hours, to reduce over-payments.

This app never ever works when I actually try using it... I drive a lot and would be nice to save time by jumping in this app and paying for parking but it is always unavailable on the beach... Miami Beach.... South Beach.... Downtown miami I mean come on how annoying

Very convenient

I love the utility of this app but there are some opportunities to improve it. Perhaps: - the requirement to enter a CID every time I park is a pain. ApplePay integration would be very welcome to make parking faster. - App launch time is long for some reason, even on my current hardware.

It works well and is convenient but when it come to how long you plan to stay in the lot, a day does not equal 24 hours. Whatever time you begin from, your time ends at 11:59 that day. It should go to the same time as you started, the next day.

Why Did I Wait So Long to Use This App? Super-E-Z, super-convenient.
