PayByPhone Parking App Reviews

Convenient and stable, but not quite a 5-Star worth just yet... If the PayByPhone App were to include support for larger screen iPhones (as theyve been out for nearly 2 years!) I would be much happier. Also the ParkMobile App has a better look/feel/awesome features like the "Wheres My Car" locator... amazing over there ;)

This used to be an awesome app but as it evolved its gotten slower and more buggy not better. But one continues when u have no cash and the meter doesnt take a credit card. Wish theyd fix it!

It is very easy to use, very fast, it sends you a text message 10 minutes before it expires, so you can pay again if you need more time. And you dont have to carry any cash or coins with you.

Doesnt matter where in Miami I park, I always get the same error message. "Location not available at this time" <---- um it kinda is. I will get a ticket. Now I have to run the mission of finding the machine in order to pay. This app is suppose to make parking easier. Well... It doesnt for me.

The gps places you elsewhere, and now I owe two parking tickets that have accrued debt "Payment device violation." The app took my money. And the city is not charging me for bad software.

The app is straightforward to use until you are parking with a new car for the first time. First you type in the parking space ID, then choose the minutes, and then you can add a new car to the list of existing cars. BUT when you add a new car, it is by automatically selected from the list - you have to reselect it. This could be improved and will lead to you getting a parking ticket!

I cant open this app anymore. It just glitches out and closes every time I try. Please update!

The app is easy to use as long as I can remember the lot number!

Very convenient!!! Dont have to run back out to add more time. Just a tap on the phone and its taken care of.

Easy and handy to use. But wont allow you to add time if you want to park longer than the area allows. Even though they arent marking tires to check.

It makes it so easy and I love that it texts me when my parking is about to expire.

Best way to pay for parking. Dont have to carry quarters and if you run over you get to extend your time probably has saved me hundreds in parking tickets. One thing that would be nice is if you could have more than one card associated and pick depending on location. Some locations do not accept Amex.

Ease of paying with PayByPhone is something to love in a traffic congested city like Miami.

Makes paying for parking painless. No need to track the space number or stuff the panel with folded dollar bills one at a time. Saves tons of stress and time!

Great application until now

Easy and practical! Cheaper than paying fix prices for parking...

Please fix the location services to "while using app". No way youre going to kill my battery.
